Re: Ridn's 97 Blazer Build
on my trip to Spokane picked up some parts.
Got a 2000 Jimmy front end conversion going on.
Picked up parts to drop the car, so i just need shocks.
next will be some tint very soon.

Re: Ridn's 97 Blazer Build
yep, gave my other run to Mr. Piety.
3 will be enough for now til i add another alt.
Mike had to remove both passenger front/rear seats to get the runs through so i rather not do that again lol.

Re: Ridn's 97 Blazer Build
That box design looks really interesting! Does it model like 6th order or just a flat wall with different loading on the subs near the port? I actually came up with a similar idea yesterday for my rebuild when I was doodling and then just saw this. You can bet i'll be looking forward to hearing how this does

Re: Ridn's 97 Blazer Build
not really sure lol. It doesn't show cancellation so it should be like a normal box.
why are you rebuilding, your setup is sick!

Re: Ridn's 97 Blazer Build
haha fair enough, i love that idea for fitting all that cone area tho for sure.
I wont do a full rebuild until this season ends. I mostly want to do it because I think I have learned so much since I first planned this build out, it can be a lot better the second time around.

Re: Ridn's 97 Blazer Build
Not an ipad.
Yep the passenger side, when I give demos I will probably sit there, I never have voltage issues really so I don't rev the engine. And it will house for movies and my external hard drive for all my music while the deck will hold my smaller amount of music and such for daily

Re: Ridn's 97 Blazer Build
Pretty cool idea on the tablet. I've got a Kindle Fire and should be getting an iPad 2 here shortly. I was kind of wondering where to mount either one. Not a lot of real estate on the dash of a 98, so, I'd have to get creative. Maybe an iPad flip down out of the roof?

Re: Ridn's 97 Blazer Build
My bad, I've got a 98 S10 Blazer. I think I'm going to try my hand at making a center console, since there is quite a bit of unused space under the dash, between the dash and seat. Maybe mount it there. My head unit has front and rear USB, so I could just hook it to the rear and be set.
