Remote Bass Controller Empty Remote Bass Controller

Remote Bass Controller P1100510

I've got a problem. The cable for my RBC has been rubbed the wrong way and is shorting out causing feedback through my woofer. The problem with this RJ22 plug is that they are used with telephone headsets, and as a result you can only buy them in the coil. For comparison you can see the RJ11 typically used to plug telephones into the wall (which does not work).

I have the plugs, and have gone to a couple computer stores hoping they had the tools to make a DSL cable, but blast! none of them do!

Can someone help me with this? Is there anyone near the 98006 to the 98032 than has some cable and the crimper?

I got a barley sandwich for the one who helps me.
Thanks

p.s. pm me if you can help,

A little delayed, but I solved this problem a little while ago.  Turns out the issue was a broken solder joint between the board and the cable jack.

Once I found the problem and set-up a station for the repairs.

After repairing the solder joints, I added some extra insurance with some gobs of hot glue.

So far, it has worked flawlessly!!!
