Need some help

What's up brothers I was wondering if anyone could help me out I don't have power tools yet I just moved from Hawaii ok my issue is I have a JL red eye box that I need to shave in order to fit my sub in because the diameter is smaller on the box any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

For enlarging the hole to put a sub in? Well for cheap way, go get some rough sandpaper, and use some elbow grease and just sand in a U shape motion on the bottom half, then flip it over and work on the other half of the circle. I thats what I would do, or get a sanding block and use that.

I needed it like a 1/2 in the diameter on those JL boxes are smaller than usual but I picked up a cheap dremel and went to town took like an hour and a half but it got done thanks guys
