Give me a some suggestions?

So im trying to hone in on a sub amp so I can start saving. FYI it will be pushing a pair of DC XLm2 12s.

I know that the IA and the sundown are underrated, well so I have been told, but idk if the other too are over/under rated. maybe some of you can shed some light on the situation. I want to have a solid decision by the time I make the purchase for my subs.

if anyone of you have some other options to put on the table, would like it to be 4 to 5k at 1 ohm, throw them my way. and I want to run one sub amp, no strapping.

bc5500 is 900 shipped. was looking to go with the dc5k but it was 200 more and i put that towards batts

Don't know how much you can get the 40.1 for, you'd have to ask Luke. The AB is probably the cheapest used depending on how much the 40.1 is. Sundown ofcourse is going to be the most expensive. And youll probably only get 4k out of it. The memphis would probably be my last choice, some are current hogs not sure which model of the 4k.

See if you can get this guy down to like 725-750 shipped or something... This is probably my 2nd favorite amp ive ever owned and itll smash on all those amps you posted

I havent heard of that. keep in mind imp rise isnt that big of a factor playing music. Of course if youre doing comps and burping then yes.

well I wouldnt be able to get anything right now, just want something to put my focus on when I get the subs in and know will do the XLs justice lol
