give me your opinons.....

So i had this guy tell me he did an 139 in an sealed box with 2 12" mtx 3000s and a a 50 watt xterminator out of a accord 4 door in the trunk with subs fireing rear. He also says youll gain 2 Dbs by going port rear.... I say bs...... What u guys think?

I dont beleive the 139 unless its an uncallibrated audiosource mic. but yeah alot of cars can gain subs and port facing the trunk. they also get alot lower bouncing off the trunk then into the cabin. well with the experience with trunks that i have had which is quit a bit.

Wow......aparently someone else cleared it up that amp i guess is one of the cheater amps us amps made....idk i knew about the amps but this is the first to run across someone who had one.....threw me through a loop ish happens i guess...

some trunks do gain with port to the rear , but in a spl sub port firing forword externally or a huge slot to the rear is loudest
