This guy wants to trade me a 18" Fi UFO BTL and $100 for 1 of my Fi 15" Qs. Should I do this???? I need answers fast. I think I could sell the 18 faster.

D2, I asked what color the coil was and he said it was more black, so im a little concerned, he said no rubbing or scratching, Id obviously test it out, but idk, should I trade? I think I could get more money from selling the 18 right?

fi btl ufo would be a badass woofer. recone wouldnt be too expensive but i had a deal like this with a 15" level 4, bought it and didnt realize how burnt the coil was and ended up reconing it

Also who could recone good? I know RRR Ryan can. I'll need someone to recone it for me. And is a PSI recone better than a Fi recone?

Ryan RRR37 and I believe Ben (baaudio) can recone. Few guys in Oregon too but you'd have to do some driving.

From some guys on SSA they do not like psi soft parts. Their spiders got way to soft way too fast. I would stick with a Fi recone.

I just found out this sub is D1, and now he says the coil is more copper than black, so i guess ill just wait and see. It snow last night so hes scared of the ice, it should melt. Anyway, if this sub is as good as the pics look it may not need a recone. He had a alpine 1000 something on it.

Now im debating 2 18s vs 4 15s, easyier box, less money, less space... hmmmm. But I would need to find another ufo BTL 18 with D1 option.

Ryan or I could recone it for you. Psi makes a good recone from my experience. But I'd go wig the Fi recone on a Fi woofer
