I was given a line driver a few months ago and I was wondering if there worth hooking up and if so what's the best way to tune them?

Depends on the amp your running some amps like line drivers some don't... key is you don't turn up your gain because you'll get a bad clipped signal mabe use a dd1 and get it dialed in. I'm shure some if the other guys will chime in on this....
